As the days go by, more and more of us are looking for direction towards leading a healthier, happier lifestyle.  The Double Lotus Expo is a place for some of us to begin, and others to continue, accent or improve their mind, body and spirit.  Our vendors offer education, mini-presentations, mini-workshops, samples as well as healthy meals & snacks.  This is a great way to come together as a community to bring more smiles on our faces, a clear mind and an awesome feeling body.   

I, Kamara Adams, am happy to have mentored from Jo Mardian (Medicine Hat Expo), to bring the expo to Swift Current.  It makes me feel good knowing that this is my contribution to a healthier & happier community.
 

With free presentations every half and hour starting at 1:00pm, you will get additional information about some of the services and products Swift Current and area have to offer.
